After a busy summer of Festivals and theatrical shenanigans with Bash Street as well as a few gigs, we are back to working on new material as Julian Gaskell & his Ragged Trousered Philanthropists, and we have a few gigs where we will be airing a load of new songs, excavated ballads and archive classics around the country:
Wednesday 28th September – Daaku, Falmouth – £2 on the door from 8pm, we will be upstairs at Falmouth’s top Indian eatery. AND… I will be hosting a fortnightly jam session there every other Wednesday from 5th October onwards.
Saturday 15th October – Jamboree, London – tickets here. A long-awaited return to our favourite London venue, now relocated to a fancy new location in Kings Cross.
Sunday 16th October – The Ropemakers, Bridport – a relaxed afternoon gig (starts 4pm) at a proper pup in a proper Dorset town.
Thursday 10th November – The Chintz Symposium, Falmouth
Friday 18th November – The Front, Falmouth (Julian & Cally duo show)
